"Got a huge shock upon checking in - halls and carpets on our floor and room looked like a war zone - shocking. No photos to show as we immediately requested a change of rooms. It turns out that they are renovating the two buildings in stages and we were able to be relocated to the renovated area, thanks to Suzuki at reception. It is a good location for Disney but beware - you would only want to stay in the renovated section. "

"It’s super good for Disney travels since it’s only two stops away to Mahima station and in the opposite non rush direction . Hotel is old and very close to station you can hear the train sounds and see the tracks . Free breakfast was good . The Chinese buffet was better than Japanese . Toilet was not upto Japanese standard and smelled wierd but we found it to be better in value and prefect easily a 8/10 "

"This is a basic hotel, confusing when you check in and have to collect your amenities to take up to your room. No food service or food to buy on site, I think they only offered breakfast. 7 eleven was nearby so we ate there. Other than that, basic room, fancy toilet, hard beds but they brought extra pillows which helped. "

"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. Not only is there a 7/11 so close, but there are neighboring grocery stores that are open as well. The biggest selling point in my opinion is that the JR station is a 3 minute walk from the complex. "The experience at Mimaru Kinshicho was great. We stayed for 6 days, family of 5, and our room was so nice and clean. The staff at the front was very helpful and spoke English which made it great.
