"Stayed one night. Lots of building work going on but not an issue. Staff food and room very good. Tried the container golf which was good fun. Only slight negative garden area looking a bit tired. Probably this would be given a freshen up before season starts. Overall definitely worth a visit / stay and would recommend. Would definitely go back as an ideal base if visiting north and west Norfolk."

"A short overnight in Wells. The Globe was convenient for a Lunch at The Crab House-only a short walk through a delightful old fashioned seaside High St. Parking was easy and free around the Buttlands Green. Hotel staff throughout were extremely helpful and pleasant and the rooms were clean and although fairly small, well equipped with all we needed. The Bar worked well and Breakfast in a busy but well orchestrated setting was magnificent-quite honestly as good as I have had for some time. Scrambled egg was perfect, sausage and bacon tasty and presented perfectly. We will stay again."

"Lovely accommodation good location lovely & clean with very friendly staff. Pub serves amazing food at a good price & had a lovely duo playing in the bar on tge Saturday night. Lovely for children have goats & rabbits outside with a little play area for younger children "
