"I’d booked this hotel to break up 2 long drives. The only reason I chose it was that there was an on site restaurant. Was informed the restaurant was not going to be open via an email a few hours before we arrived. Frankly I wouldn’t have booked had I known this beforehand. "

But the owner is fun and welcoming, it's quiet, despite being close to railroad (German trains are really quiet, and there are very few of them).
