"This was our second time staying at this hotel (a family member had recommended it), and we were really happy with both of our stays! The hotel is centrally-located with a Mexican bar/restaurant right next door; both times we stayed there, we had no issues with outside noise. No air conditioning units, just a vertical fan. "The overall experience was remarkable. Late checkin experience could have been better and needs some attention. The code for obtaining the key from the key box could have been shared upfront. "room was way smaller than we thought (based on the pictures) room was hot and the window was awkward to open it, looked like a sliding door but it isn’t. there was a balcony but we couldn’t access it from the room due to that weird looking glass door. the mechanism to unlock the room door is just hard to use and hard to get used to. if you show up after driving or flying all day and you just want to get in your room and relax, well, the door lock might have different plans for you. "

Lovely stay in a very nice hotel

"Everything was wonderful, from the hotel location near the convenient town center and train station. All main activities including the Audi Forum were at less than 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety of hot/cold food and continental or typical German items to try, fresh fruit and great coffee. I was really impressed. Only a minor comment on the bedding since the mattress cover seemed made of synthetic material and not m breathable, which made sleeping a bit warm and uncomfortable at times. Other than that I can only say I would go back to the Welcome hotel any time I get the chance. "

"Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "
