"It was an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable. On arrival it was very cold but we were able to work out how to turn up the heating. Also no glasses provided in the bathroom or room for water and no complimentary bottle of water which is usual these days. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs and the staff were friendly and helpful. "

"We’ve really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We were greeted on arrival and we also were explained about how to shower the payment for parking out and given a code to make the charge half price. All the staff members we came across were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The customer service was exceptional. "One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The service was 11/10. Really attentive and friendly from all areas. Food menu not extensive but I enjoyed my meal. The pool was lovely. The changing room lockers being code rather than key was great and I liked the facility to be able to dry my costume. The room was spacious and modern with lots of plugs and had a separate shower as well as a bath. There was a fridge but it didn’t seem switched on. Didn’t faff but would have been nice if it was cold....

"Only 5 mins to Stratford train station & shopping centre is virtually outside the front door. Well signed to find the hotel from the train station. A bit disappointed one of the housekeeping ladies could not understand English as I wanted to know if the water bottles in the room were free or not. "

"Out stay at the Westbridge Hotel was good. Would highly recommend if you need somewhere close to a large train hub and shopping. The room was quiet and comfortable. The only comments would be that the overall condition of the room was lacking, you could see dust on the creases in the headboard and wear and tear on the skirting and paintwork in all the rooms. I would also say that £17 for breakfast is a bit much and they are not really able to cater for specific dietary needs. The Gym...
