"The first room we got checked into had fleas, but we contacted the front desk and they were able to put us into another newly renovated unit which was much nicer, had a better view and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they compensated the issue with the room by waving the resort fees and giving us a gift card. "

Check in process was a pleasure and there was absolutely no pressure to attend a time share tour as some had indicated in other reviews. Property was well kept and our room was very clean. "We had a great stay. Since it was around a holiday, it was very busy in the area. There was some initial confusion regarding confirmation of our stay. Really glad that was figured out before our arrival. The unit was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We didn’t get a chance to use the resort amenities as it was a short stay. However, the grounds looked nice and well kept. Would definitely stay again."
