"A unique place to stay that really ticked the boxes - I stayed as part of a group and each of us enjoyed the experience, the birds, meerkats, tortoises & reptiles adding to an amazing stay! The bird show (included in price) was good and the staff extremely knowledgeable - the self contained rooms were very clean & comfortable and having a kitchenette with fridge/toaster etc was perfect, the en-suite shower room was large & again very clean - highly recommend a stay here!"

"Very close to railway station. We only stayed 2 nights but there ware foods and drinks ready to use which was very helpful. We didn’t need to go to get them and save time. I wasn’t informed but we had 2 bedrooms, my original booking was one bedroom so it was very spacious for us. Great stay, thanks!"

"I was in flat 5. Easy access, i phoned in advance to arrange entry into the apartment, i was there a little early, thankfully so was the lady who gave me the keys and showed me around the apartment. Good welcome pack was nice.. All amenities work well. The wifi code was a little tricky, as the login was incorrect, but the password was fine. "a good stay. Perhaps some of the property could do with a more thorough clean as I ended up cleaning the whole cutlery drawer. Somewhere to hang washing would be beneficial as not every clothing item is suited for the washer dryer. Bathroom nice, but as others have commented, some amenities would be welcomed"

"Booked and paid for 3 nights at last minute because of a family emergency at Addenbrokes hospital. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. "
