"My husband and I came for a night at the Sitzmark. I had downloaded my email from the Ski Inn but didn't realize it was an email from a year ago so we couldn't get in. The Ski Inn was very responsive when I called and found our reservation and got us in and off for a fun night! Thanks for your courtesy and all of your help!"

"The property was as listed, and the owner is in process of additional updating of appliances and heating system. All was shared ahead of our stay so very appreciative of "no surprises" and how the host made a counter microwave was provided (to replace the combo one recently broke) or ice making (likewise recent break, and in process of replacing refrigerator.The hot tub was amazing and definitely the highlight of the property along with plenty of extra bedding, wood burning fireplace and great washer /dryer.This is a property where the owner truly cares about his VRBO customers and that they have a positive, no surprise experience!"

"A True Charmer! Just like the photo. This A frame cabin was everything needed for an Alaska winter getaway. The living room was comfortably furnished with plenty of seating, nice tv and those fabulous floor to ceiling windows with a surrounding deck and views of Alyeska makes it appear even bigger. The sauna was bliss and the on deck jacuzzi very appealing. The 3 of us were very comfortable with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The area is small enough to get around. It’s limiting in the winter but we can’t wait to come back and stay this summer. It will be perfect for our group of 5. "
