"This hotel was excellent. The staff were delightful, everyone very friendly and very helpful. The hotel had all of the amenities you would need bar a fridge in the room as other reviews have mentioned. This wasn’t an issue for us though, they give you milk in a thermos at the bar. The room itself did look a little tired in places but it’s a 3-star hotel so that was okay with us. That being said, it was very clean and comfortable which is what matters most. I would advise check booking...

"We had a room with a balcony and views across the sea,and our room had binoculars, for looking at the fishing boats as they passed,comfy bed,big shower great bathroom,lovely big breakfast,tv turned off sometimes and wouldn't change station from remote sometimes, maybe bad reception Free Internet worked fine"

"We had a beautiful stay. The air heater was a good addition, as a draft came through the windows. Also, the windows would knock from the wind, waking us up throughout the night. "

"Driftwood Beachhouse is perfectly located to enjoy fresh air, birdsong and peace and quiet. Jez was a great host, really friendly and accommodating, giving us helpful local advice and getting the hot tub ready each evening. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms and outside spaces are really charming, decorated with character and you feel at home. Highly recommended!"

"Absolutely thrilled with our stay at the Crescent Turner. The room was spacious, very clean and decorated beautifully. Lovely attention to detail everywhere. "A bright, clean and contemporarily furnished space with everything we needed. There were just a couple of (minor) niggles such as the fact that there's very little space to get around the bottom of the bed if you need the bathroom in the night and the bathroom cabinet could be moved higher up the wall; its current position inhibits access to the sink.But otherwise we had no complaints and we enjoyed our stay."
