"Very quiet and not far from all of Redding."

"We enjoyed our stay at the river house. We loved the views of the river from most of the house, the large backyard oasis and the swing down by the river. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property next time you are in Shingletown. The home is located about three minutes from the little downtown where there is a nice little place to get a bite to eat and a drink in the outside beer garden with live music on weekends."

"Kitchen utensils were lacking. 3 cockroaches in the house. No washclothes and had to request kitchen towels. Half bath was not listed as being outside. Yard maintenance was lacking. Overall, very spaciaous, two large dining tables, lots of seating areas, washer and dryer available, lots of towels."

"Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again."

"We only wish we could've stayed longer!! This is an amazing cabin in the woods. It is well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable. There are little added touches that really make it special hammocks in the back, a bottle of wine, coloring books for the kids, and maps of the area. I would highly recommend! Communication was easy and quick."

"It is a large space with room for more than just 2, for sure. Bed was comfy, as were the couches. Spacious shower, minimal counter space in the bathroom though. Had no reason to contact the owner. "
