"Beautiful rooms, very comfortable and nicely maintained. Interesting, historic building in great location - easy walking distance to many sights in White Town. Nice restaurant food and great cocktails, but a la carte breakfast was not available - only buffet, which was simple but good. Management very friendly and helpful however, restaurant staff not particularly attentive so service could be slow at times. But all in all a very nice place to stay in the centre of Pondy."

"The place is situated right on promenade and easy to navigate in the neighborhood and the staff was helpful- had difficulty at my 630 am checkout as there was no one to do it - had to do all kinds of gyrations to checkout so I could leave and catch my bus - food is average but there are some decent restaurants in the hood. "So nice to walk out the door and turn onto the Bay of Bengal with a very long and Promenade where no cars are allowed. Busy early morning as the 'walkers' are out. You might hear a flute talking to another flute somewhere else and the sound of the sea always."

"After looking at the other CGH property, we had lot of expectation. But it was completely disappointment. The area outside the property entrance has exposed driange canals. The gutter smell, mosquitoes really made us ponder why we chose this over the over. The property was well maintained. Inside Stay was comfort. But the breakfast really disappointed. We shelled out 1K per person and were expecting a lavish break fast. The prior day, they asked us what we all want. We gave list of 3 items...

Pondicherry Radisson stay

"We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days. A very special thank you to Subari our room maid. Her dedication and committment to service were impeccable. All in all a good stay and great service. Thank you "

Lovely hotel on ocean.

"Lovely small hotel on the ocean. Try and get a front room with a balcony and ocean view. It does have a lot of steps to climb to the reception in the rooms. All areas were spotlessly clean and the hotel was very quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated just inside White Town / French quarter and it was easy to walk to all the sites. "
