"This is a beautiful property and cabin, lacking nothing. The walking trails were beautiful and quite private. The horses were beautiful and the staff we met were friendly. The Caspian cabin is beautiful and comfortable and the screened in deck area is awesome for quiet morning and evening talks or quiet times."

"Everything with the property was great! No complaints, and Ms. Delores was just a call or text away. Everything was close by and there was enough in the area for food at decent prices. The kitchen is also well stocked with utensils, spices and odds and ends so you just need to bring a few things if you are planning on cooking. There are several grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The only warning I want to give is about downtown Nashville itself. If you are planning on spending any time...

"The house was PERFECT. Just far enough to be able to go into Nashville for dinner, shopping, shows, etc.. but a nice quiet, peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the night. Everything we needed was there, kitchen supplies, utensils, towels, linens.. very comfortable and having access to the dock for our boat rental plus the kayaks, pedal boat, etc was a big advantage. Perfect for our family of six.. we would love to visit again!"

"The house was amazing. Lots of amenities. The drive downtown was easy and short. We all loves the decor in the house. The only thing that ot was missing was we couldnt find a broom. We wanted to make sure we left the hpuse in great condition."

"Perfect size for my needs. Short uber ride to downtown nashville (most fares were 15 dollars) one of cleanest places ive stayed and reminded me of when these types of rentals had a more personal touch. Would say this rental it more appropriate for adults or older kids due to overall layout. Comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay again. Didnt get a chance to explore neighborhood so i cant comment on that. Did see local residents taking walks. Homes around property were well kept. more...

"This was our second stay in Shelby Hills. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Close enough to downtown to get there quickly yet far enough to get away from it too. Shelby park is only a couple blocks away and is beautiful. Cottage is a small cozy place that is ideal for a couple. Thanks Cynthia for another enjoyable stay. We’ll be back again."
