"We loved it, we had 2 married couples in town for an event and we enjoyed it so much. Very, very spacious. Beds are comfy - everything you need. Coffee, even bath supplies which we didn't need - all was very nice in a historical building. "

"The description of the apartment is spot on. It’s in a nice little building on high street. The location is great. You can walk to so many restaurants and bars. The river and Deckers creek trails are right behind the apartment. If you are taking a trip to visit WVU with your family the visitor center is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again. "

"If you want to get away from the world and have your own land with your own lake this is your place. The scenery and location of this house is EXACTLY what we needed. The small local town near by couldn't have been more welcoming and kind. The owner of the VRBO went above and beyond for us and made us feel totally at home. I would go back there today if I could. "Perched on top of a ridge with a beautiful view of campus, this house has all the amenities you could hope for. A decked-out kitchen, three full baths, great televisions, and really comfortable mattresses (it's the small things) made our stay 10/10. We had a few questions during our stay, and the owners responded immediately. "

"I stayed here to attend a Bridgerton Ball at the Senators Mansion. The place was easy to find, host responsive, clean, and absolutely adorable with its time era design/decor. I felt safe in the neighborhood. There was easy parking and entrance access. Lots of wonderful amenities. I would highly recommend!!"

"We had a great weekend here last weekend. Close to downtown and restaurants. It was also near the trail. The kitchen was fairly sparsely furnished but we were able to make do. The neighborhood was old and seemed a little bit sketchy but I never actually felt unsafe. We will return here again!"

"The owner had created a very comfortable open space with the conversion of a duplex into one 5-bedroom vacation home. It allowed our family of 7 to be comfortably together as we celebrated Christmas. Check-in and check-out were simple. We really enjoyed our stay. It would help if the Vrbo site had a photo of the exterior because the numbering of the other houses and buildings were not sequential making difficult to find the house. The Google map directions and showed a picture of the house...
