"The front desk people were extraordinary. Friendly, helpful, greeting me when I returned and wishing me well when Ia going out. Having a shuttle that could take me to the places I needed to be was terrific. One morning, there was nobody available to drive me. I said that it was okay and I would call a Lyft. The woman at the front desk said not to worry, that she had already ordered a cab for me and had paid for it. Never in my life have I received such wonderful service. Clearly the manager is doing a magnificent job. Housekeeping service help me with what I needed. I recommend this hotel anytime unconditionally "
