"From the moment I walked into the place I felt at peace. It was quiet, very clean, The bed was the most comfortable ever and I have to find out where the pillows came from because they were sososo comfortable. Great communication with the host. I didn’t get to enjoy the outside like I probably would have if it hadn’t rained, but it was still beautiful as ever. There was a Genes grocery store very nice people. "We travelled from Denver, Florida, New York and San Francisco to meet the local Michigan family members converging on Blue Lake for a typical Michigan Summer weekend...best part...celebrating Christmas in August and re-connecting with family. The Condos at The Woods were clean and my whole family were right next door. We all had our own little home away from home."

"I think this is a rental best suited for men there for golfing. It was clean. The beds were fine, shower was lovely. The kitchen had just minimal stuff… you wouldn’t want to plan to prepare much here. There was no dishwasher detergent and zero kitchen linens. Only giant garbage bags… nothing that fit any of the garbage receptacles there. A tiny amount of hand soap and one tiny shower product, not that we expected that but usually there is more. Living room furniture a bit stained and beat up....

"Our family was very pleased with our stay at the Eagles nest. It was a very warm & cozy cabin with beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed walking down to the beach with a cup of coffee & our dogs. Lots of memories made and our kids were asking when we could come back and sad to leave. "Booked this for my husband and son's hunting trip. Location was great and the space met their needs. The host is on site and very attentive, helpful and responded to requests quickly. The place could have used a quick once over for cleaning just prior to arrival, there were some areas that needed to be swept up and some dishes looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile so they pre-washed prior to using. Over all was a good stay. "
