"We loved it here and hope to come back. The river is the main character and the historic cabin makes this a perfect getaway. If you don’t appreciate a little rustic charm you may not enjoy it as much as we did. There are plenty of amenities like the hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every night and watched the spawning salmon. There were many books about the area. The host checked in on us which was so nice. We loved the area and can’t wait to return. "

"This was my first time getting anything that was not a hotel and I gotta say Rosie was amazing. She had everything you could think of and everything you forgot to think of. She also had these amazing fuzzy robes for option of purchase AND she made us some amazing homemade chilli and cornbread. She was very attentive and yet allowed us our privacy. We will 100% be staying here again!"

"I couldn't imagine a better place to be in 100 degree+ heat. The cabin was clean, cool and comfortable, but the river front access was a highlight. There are many chairs to sit and watch the river and passersby. There are floaties secured in the water with a small "beach" access for children and adults alike to splash in the cold water (at their own risk, off course). "This cabin was the perfect peaceful getaway. Janie went above and beyond by decorating it for Christmas, adding such a warm and festive touch. It had everything we could possibly need, with thoughtful details throughout. It truly made our stay in Medford special. Highly recommend!"

"The log structure gives the place a cabin feel but, it had plenty of space for my wife and I with 3 kids. The grounds are like a park. The location is an easy drive to Jacksonville, Ashland or Medford. The kitchen was well apportioned for making meals. Check-in/out was great."
