"We loved our visit to Ocean Club Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and we loved having a full kitchen. All the rooms have a screen in porch with gliding doors to the room. You can walk out this way or through your room. We had two rooms and one of the rooms had a door from the screened in porch that did not close tight. There are two pools, one close to the beach where kids were having fun and another close to our rooms that were hardly used. The beach is right there just steps from the restaurant. There were always lots of clean dry towels to use at the beach and pool. This resort is one of the last ones on Grace Bay Beach which makes it less crowded. I would say the only problem was that there are not enough chairs, loungers, and umbrellas on the beach. Guests would find a chair and put a towel on it and then leave for their room. This should not be allowed. You should only be allowed to claim a chair if you are going to be at the beach. The water is a beautiful turquoise blue and in December not as warm as I would expect, but definitely swimmable for a New Englander. Be aware that it gets deep fast and there is a bit of a surf. Lovely place, would definitely go back. "

"This property is well managed. Customer service in all areas is great. Taci, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager was sweet and provided us with assurance we needed for any help we needed during our stay. The food was really good as well. The breakfast everyday was delicious. Also, every Tuesday night, the hotel offered open bar from 6-8 in appreciation of the guests. Nice touch! Let's review the beach area, well....in my humble opinion the beach was way nicer and larger that the Ritz Hotel Beach. Needless to say, the beach at this hotel is breath taking and the service was really nice too. Overall, a fantastic experience."

"The staff was amazing from the concierge Tushae who set up all of our excusrions for us the manager DeAndra who help set up a birthday surprise for my wife. The guys who work the towel and chairs spot were great the quantity and quality of chairs were good. The pelican bay on site restaurant was awesome breakfast lunch an dinner Also filled with awesome people bartenders Herby MJ and Val server Joel all were great. Walking to other eating and shopping spots (grocery store) was about 1/2 mile good use for the free rental bikes on site. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Pools are nice. We enjoyed every bit of it. "
