The key to maintaining our 167 full 5 star 10/10 reviews is to ensure upgrades and renovations occur before they are needed hence we just finished doing just that! New flooring, painting, re-design of the entrance, installation of a GearDryer and more. Marketing our beautiful place as “luxury” is a high bar which we will continue to meet. Our 700sq ft vaulted ceiling penthouse 1-bedroom is as well equipped as it is unique within The Aspens. (The vast majority of 1 bedrooms in The Aspens are 576 sq. ft. and ONLY ours has very high 15' vaulted ceiling. In fact the living room and bedroom are noticeably larger than even most of the 2 bedrooms.) From the heated tile floors to the highest quality furniture, fixtures and resort style amenities there is simply no comparison. We keep our home away from home modern/updated, very clean and very fully equipped! High quality memory foam bedding (all 3) is the fitting starting point of a long list of luxuries because when you play hard Sleep matters! Please read the outstanding reviews!

1. COMFORT!
People come from all over the world to play in Whistler. And many of them play hard! We ensure when it’s time to rest there is no compromise. In particular the king bed mentioned in many reviews, is simply a dream to sleep on. That is because it is a 16" high quality memory foam pillow top with the perfect amount of softness and support. Same high quality standards for the sofa beds with memory foam upgrades. Kids and adults alike will all sleep very well!
2. CLEANLINESS.
We use only the best cleaners and it shows. We have received many compliments in our kind reviews. Sanitized for each stay and fully equipped with linens/towels paper products etc..
3. LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION!!
The Aspens is true ski-in ski-out. DIRECTLY ON THE SLOPE OF BLACKCOMB IN THE UPPER VILLAGE AND ADJACENT TO THE 10 PERSON BLACKCOMB GONDOLA. From the elevator in the lobby to the ski valet (free) to the area where you put on your skis/snowboard at the gate just beyond the pool is a max. 45 second walk. Then a 5-10 second ski down to the gondola (or 2 minute walk).- the Aspens is considered one of the best if not THE best TRUE ski-in ski-out in Whistler.
4. THE REST:
We use our Whistler place often in between rentals which means we insist on our unit being very fully equipped with the highest quality items throughout.
-Desk/workspace in the bedroom for remote work while others enjoy the living room....
-Custom made solid maple live edge accents. Mantle, work desk, bathroom mirror, shelving....
-artwork "Blueberry2Blackcomb" , "Run" and "Black Tusk" giclee print from our favorite artist Andy Anissimoff of Squamish.
-The wooden sculpture "The Skier" (Alan Boileau). Alan's piece really steals the show! Our place looks great!!! And it's clean. And it's comfortable. And it's big!
-professionally cleaned after each stay including regular carpet steam cleaning.
-Top floor. Quiet. Spacious. Our place is truly a gem! Nothing left undone. Fully equipped kitchen. We mean FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN! Quartz countertops, stainless appliances, all clad pots and pans -Lagostino, Kitchenaid, Cuisinart, Keurig coffee maker, toaster. Even baking items, blender, martini set, wine and champagne glasses, excellent knife set etc... The works!
-Remotely programmed wifi electronic door lock for very convenient check in.
-NO off-site check in. Just park your car or get off the shuttle at the front entrance, take the elevator to the 4th floor, punch in your uniquely programmed door lock code and enjoy!
-24 hr front desk
-Underground parking is $Cdn25/day though you don't need a car if you stay at The Aspens as everything is close by.
-Year round LARGE outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs. When you are swimming or in the hot tubs you can watch the skiers and boarders going by.
-TOP FLOOR MEANS QUIET! Our Penthouse is a very nice benefit if you want peace and quiet.
-short 3 minute walk to the Upper Village. 10 to the main village.
