This perfectly located duplex is a convenient and easy 200-meter walk to your ski in/out to Whistler Village. Alternatively it is a quick walk down to the village! At Cedar Hollow #3 you have your own private single car garage set up with boot driers and wood for the fireplace.
Enter into your home greeted by plenty of windows and a vaulted wood ceiling creating a bright, open concept living, kitchen and dining area. The living room has plenty of seating and features a beautiful wood burning fireplace perfect to nestle up around during those cold winter evenings or choose a game to play with the family from the great selection provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, espresso machine, granite counter tops and all the extras for preparing those after ski/bike meals or Turkey Dinner or if you prefer a BBQ step out onto 1 of the 2 balconies on this level as your BBQ awaits you. The Dining area comfortably seats 8 and is surrounded by windows looking out into both forest and mountain views. This floor is completed with a full bath with double shower heads and heated flooring throughout.
BEDROOMS
On the lower level, you have 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom and king bed. The other 2 bedrooms on this level have a shared bathroom. On the main floor, you will find the 4th bedroom. Note this room has no door and the hot tub is off the deck through this bedroom

BOOKING DETAILS
The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.
For credit card payments, a 3.5% processing fee is automatically applied to all payments.
