The only quibble was that our cream tea took 30 mins to get to us in the afternoon, and then our dinner took 1 hour due to some timing issues with a big table. However, the waitress was incredibly lovely and apologetic for the delay - in the end, our food and drink were all free due to the delay, which was appreciated. We loved the lounge area too, such lovely decor and the atmosphere was welcoming....
