"The hotel was lovely and the decor is top notch! The flag made out of books in the lobby is amazing. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear noise from other rooms all night; the rooms are also somewhat small for a "luxury hotel". There are no towel bars to put wet towels up in the bathroom. As a luxury hotel, it's not really on par with The Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. Management had good communication until I requested the code for door and specific address. They must have issues with people showing up early. I received a message asking me to reach out to them for the code, I did. 4 hours later they sent the code to me, which happened to be after 4pm which was checkin. "
