"This property was an easy walk to Te Anua Town Center. Lots of space available in this home and so good to have a washer and dryer and a sturdy drying rack. Ample towels and bedding. The beds were a bit hard for our tastes and the sofa a bit lumpy and difficult to get up from. Adding a larger mirror in the bathroom would be helpful or even a full length one somewhere in the house would be nice. Nice safe, secure, quiet location with ample windows and good shades for light control.wo"

"This was a great spot for our time in Te Anau. We used it as home base to explore the region (hiking, Milford Sound, etc.). Location is hard to beat - very close to the lakeshore, business district, city park, Fiordland DOC Visitor Center and multiple very good restaurants (Ditto, Redcliff, Miles Better Pies). "The house was ideal for us having a 2 might stay in Te Anau. The chopping board and the shelf below it in the bench unit easily jammed and got stuck and it was not possible to close a number of windows to allow the catches to faste,"

"Everything about this place was lovely. Clean, tidy and very comfortable bed! Nice to have the outside furniture to sit at too as the weather was great on two days. A couple of things I felt the owner could consider was some kind of light over bathroom mirror as very dark for putting on makeup and a blind over bathroom window. "Te Anau was a cute little town. Enjoyed the downtown area for dinner. This house served as a great location for us to stay for spending 2 days in Milford Sound with our 2 kids and inlaws. Lawn and bushes needed upkeep. This made us a little worried when we pulled in. But the inside was spacious and comfortable."

"The property had the feel of an old family home that no-one had lived in for many, many years. The stove top wouldn't heat any of the pans, the oven smoked A LOT the one time we tried to use it probably because there were no baking dishes/pans so the inside was filthy, the pantry was full of expired food, and there were pots in the cupboard with an inch of water in the bottom. "I booked this accommodation, going in with the expectation that it would be just an “okay” stay (due to it being a holiday park and based on my experience staying in holiday parks elsewhere), but both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised and impressed with our stay! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The holiday park is within just a couple minutes walk of the cute town center. Amenities (like the laundry room, for example) were great too! The only things to maybe be aware of are that the TV isn’t a smart one (and only has a few channels), and it’s a bit noisy with people walking up and down the walkway in front of each unit, but that’s to be expected with a holiday park. We’d absolutely stay here again!"

"Hotel room was clean, comfortable and spacious. And the view out the window was quite nice. The hotel building is quite dated, feels like going back in time. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy and they let us leave our car an extra night while we went on a Milford Sound overnight cruise. Close to shops, food and lake. Hotel breakfast was pretty good but finishes at 9am."
