"Charming reception, lovely holiday park, good mix of residents and short term visitors. The place had a 'cared for' feel with personality and the location was fantastic, lovely hearing the forest birds. River and swimming pool a bonus. Really enjoyed our retro cabin. Everything was fantastic, essentials available from reception though 'town' only few minutes drive. Surprised had to pay for warm shower ($1). Would definitely go back, would like to live there :)"

"This is a lovely family property with amenities for all types of travelers. Many families and with dogs enjoy the property. For us, we were there to bird the Findlay reserve, and this was the perfect spot. We rented the full self contained unit, and brough groceries with us. "

"We booked a courtyard studio last minute for a spur of the moment trip to Waiheke. So we weren’t expecting much. We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was modern, clean and stocked with all the basics. The property is right at the bus stop, 1/2 block from the beach, next door to the coffee shop and around the corner from the restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more."

"We stayed in the Kauri chalet and really liked it. The view is great. The connecting room, Rata’s view is even better, but that room is much smaller. If you are a bigger group, booking these two rooms together will be perfect. We woke up to the birdsongs and had a peaceful breakfast on the balcony. The stairs bring the charm to the place and we did not mind the extra steps. Owner/staff are very friendly. PAKnSAVE is only 6 minutes drive away."

"The cottage at Circular Bay is a perfect place to find peace, joy, and tranquility on Waiheke Island. The biggest challenge was deciding weather to paddle board, sit in the hot tub, recline in a bean bag chair overlooking the bay, watch and listen to the multiple birds, walk the beach, or fall asleep in the shade. Perfect in every way. The property is so beautiful with all the amenities we could have needed for a great escape. Thank you so much to Mudbrick Properties for taking such good care of us. We loved every minute."
