The facility was replacing it's hot water heater during our stay, we were called earlier in the day and advised we'd have no hot water, were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. It's mid-summer so a quick, cold shower was acceptable. When asked, the front desk attendant advised us on how best to get to downtown Strasbourg by driving the short distance to Gare Hoenheim, parking for 4.20 Euro (4,20) which allowed up to 7 to take Tram B to downtown Strasbourg. It was an easy way to get to the heart of the city."

"Easy, cheap little place to say outside Strasbourg. Nice walk along the canal available. Plenty of shops and fast food restaurants nearby. Easy transport into the city if you prefer not to drive."

"A small, friendly hotel, located at a huge shopping and leisure area. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Including 2 buffets. Considering the quality and amenities at the hotel, we were very surprised at the very reasonable price. I will definitely return if we visit that area again. "

"Person was horrible to deal with and cancelled stay day of. They were asking for money than agreed upon and were extremely rude and demanding. Also they are extremely demanding and expect the customer to bend around there rules and times, whenever is best for them"

"Staffs were nice, friendly and informative. The hotel is old, more like motel, need up date and keep the outside area clean. The bed and linen sheets are cleaned but the carpet was not so it’s smell musty. The area is good and convenient to restaurants and stores. The continental breakfast was very good more than what we expected, eggs and bacon etc. "
