"Wir sind sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen worden. Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich, mit Liebe, eingerichtet. Besonders gefreut hat uns das Vorhandensein von Dingen wie Taschentücherbox im Wohnzimmer, Tee, Kaffee, Kaffeemilch, Wein und Süßigkeiten als Willkommensgruß, Seife, Toilettenpapier, usw.. Nicht zu vergessen Betten bezogen und und volle Garnitur Handtücher. So etwas hatten wir noch nie so erlebt! Wir werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen! "

"This house was great for my family and I to stay while visiting Nuremberg. Communication was clear and fast with a reply. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space to spread out and have a good time. The garden area and upper balcony were bonuses and nice to sit out with a coffee or beer to enjoy the day. I read some other reviews about stains or broken furniture but we did not see any problems. The coffee machine was perfect for coffee when desired. I will buy one in the near future. If...

"We would love to stay here again! We were in area for my husband to compete in Challenge Roth triathlon. Home was very comfortable and well Equipped with everything we needed. Spalt was a lovely village."

"We stayed during Nuremberg's Christmas Market season. There is a bus stop, a store, and several restaurants within 10 minutes' walk, and the house is in a cul-de-sac so sheltered from road noise. Oven/stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer all worked (note it seems you have to set a time on the dishwasher, no instant function). The Subway is about a 5 min walk from the house and from there so easy to get to the city center! There is an awesome Bakery within walking distance and also a great I e cream shop within walking distance. Parking was also super easy. "Landhaus mit Pool heißt es in der Beschreibung. Es ist eine Wohnung im 1. OG. Eine Gartennutzung ist nicht möglich gewesen, da ein Spalier gestellt wurde. Es gibt eine große überdachte Terrasse, welche wir (6 Erwachsen) bei Sonne ud Gewitter genutzt haben. Umgebung ist eine reine Wohngegend, sehr ruhig. Ohne Auto ist die Wohnun schwer zu erreichen, genauso wie Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe."
