"A perfect condo to stay at; close to Holiday Valley and Ellicottville. Only two of us stayed in the condo, but it was very spacious and could easily accommodate more. I loved that it was so close to town, and we loved walking into town each day. (although may not be as easy in the middle of winter) The condo is spacious and it appeared to have brand new furniture. "Overall most of our needs were met as a group. Sleeping spaces for enough people to sleep at least 6 comfortably & then some extra pullout/futon couches available. However a few issues we came across were - the cleanliness upon arrival specifically the presence of dead or live flies at almost every window. Upstairs bedroom the flies were making noise all night at least the first night of our stay. - the water must be well water because it smelled like sulfur every time someone ran the sink...

"Every September or school lacrosse program comes to Ellicottville for their fall lacrosse festival. We needed a place to stay, kind of last minute, and this property was perfect. It was directly across the street from the Holiday Valley resort. This was in the perfect location for everything. The owners were very nice and easy to work with.Definitely recommend this property, and will be looking to return soon for ski season. Mike, from Rochester N.Y."
