"Needs a deep scrub down , came in to dirty floors and carpet we vacuumed before using a lot of debri under all couches and tables sent pictures of doors and such with grim around the door handles and vanity upstairs had stuff on front . Heavy fragrance on all linens we washed a few times before using and still potent . House was very cold we found space heaters to heat it up there needs to be communication on heat prior maybe a guest handbook . And Wednesday we had no water it was a scheduled...

"I have been coming here with friends and family for close to a decade. The space is always so clean and well appointed. The easy walk to the beach and the stocked kitchen make it my favorite coastal getaway. I recommend it to all of my friends and we have celebrated birthdays, holidays and enjoyed the peaceful quiet surroundings and hot tub. Its the best!"

"Overall the stay worked well for us as a couple with their dog. I was able to use the second bedroom for work and the WiFi was great. Pictures were accurate, kitchen was well stocked, and the dog loved the fenced yard. Two quick notes that might help folks plan their stay: 1) The shower is a bit tight. I'm 6'5" so I'm used to some showers being a bit low for my liking but you'll probably have to duck a bit if you're more than 5'8" - never been in a shower underneath the stairs before this...

"I have rented a lot of vacation homes over several decades, and this might be my favorite of all time. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Amenities were above adequate, view was amazing, and the private beach entry made me never want to leave. All the furniture has been updated since the pictures were taken for the listing, so that was an added bonus. This is my first time renting anything through VRBO, and the check in and check out procedures were as simple as I have ever experienced....
