"We are 7 ladies who have been friends for over 50 years. We went to Stebbins HS in Dayton. Perfect home for us to stay and reconnect since we are scattered now in 3 states. We all had a bed, which was important, and with the 3.5 baths it was easy to share and get ready. Great weather so we took advantage of the deck. We had 5 deer visit as well as an albino squirrel. "Great property, lots to do in the house to keep us entertained when not at our planed events. Near shopping and food. Neighbors made us nervous with the noise level thing at 9 and not being able to be out side after 9. There is a nice backyard and back deck and would have liked to sit on it after a long day or to get away from the grandkids to relax, but was too nervous to be outside after 9, even on such a warm nice night. Not the property owners fault, just a precaution. Owner was AWESOME!...

"Overall, our stay was very nice. However, we weren't aware that we were restricted to some areas, including the garage. That was very unfortunate, because we got totally drenched in the rain a few times during our stay. In addition to that, the dryer was out of order, so we couldn't dry our wet clothes, & I was not able to do laundry either. That was rather inconvenient. Otherwise, the house was very nice!
