"My husband and I just needed a place to stay for 1 night in Bozeman, as we skied a full day in Big Sky and wanted to drive to our next stop in daylight. Upon check-in, the manager at the desk was very nice, and we had reserved a King room - I requested a quiet, warm room. "Great front desk staff! The staff responsible for the breakfast were also really great. Food was way better than most if not all breakfast food I have had offered by a hotel. The only complaint is, we stayed for 3 nights and not 1 time did housekeeping attend our room. No fresh towels, garbage piled up. Not impressed with that. That is why the staff and service only got 2 stars. "

"The property, the people, the atmosphere and the service were often. I would give them five stars across the board, but Hotels.com screwed up our reservations and instead of a king bed, we got a twin bed in a room 200 sq ft at the most. The hotel indicated that Hotels.com did not get us the room promised, that we reserved and paid for"
