The bathroom was clean spacious with a beautiful walk-in shower. The light fixtures were modern. The entire room was welcoming, and we both felt it was one of the prettiest rooms we have ever been in and we are old and travel a lot. 😆 I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Grand Rapids whether it's business or pleasure."

"It’s a newer building. It was really nice and the complimentary breakfast is one of the best we have experienced in our travels. Staff was friendly. There was a minor hiccup with the initial charge but it was immediately corrected when five ought to the front desk clerks attention. "
