"Went to Harper’s Ferry for our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted to stay near the water since we usually stay in town. Found this property and it was perfect. Sits on property with owners who we met and their dog Chloe who was an absolute sweetheart. If you are looking for a piece of serenity you will find it at the Riverkeeper Inn. "Pros: Good location, quiet neighborhood with lots of deer, nice supply of start-up toiletries. Partial A/C was enough to keep house cool during heatwave. Comfortable master bed with its own A/C vent. Cons: Need a 4-wheel drive to navigate some steeple crush & run roads. House has small water tank, and owner wants renters to wait 30 minutes between shower use. Kitchen is very bare bones - bring your own cleaning supplies, foil, very few pans. Some safety concerns if need to take your pet outside...

"This is a tremendous house. Clean, tons of towels, wash cloths, utensils.. Everything you could need to make it great is there. Just a tremendous job. The owner is fast and helpful with responses. "getting in was a bit of a hassle, did not get the code at first, but once we were in, so glad it worked out.
