"I would have given this 5 stars but there was a full-size fridge in our unit & it was so loud! I've stayed in multiple other hotel/motels with loud mini fridges but this one was certainly the loudest. I love having a fridge & microwave & this was a mini kitchen. The bathroom was big. The mattress must have been the typical spring type - bouncy. The view was mostly of other buildings. So close to coffee shops & restaurants. Good for the price."

"I loved being right outside Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve. It was the most convenient place for my needs, the breakfast options are as terrific as the staff. Every staff member I came across was friendly and welcoming. It was important to me to have a dog friendly spot, and they are. There's even a lovely cat on the premises, his name is Peppermint, and if you're an animal person, I hope you get to meet him. "

"Everything was perfect! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Clean, beautifully decorated. Nice people. Easy check-in and check-out. Love the indoor outdoor fireplace. Had coffee on the patio in the morning with the local deer. Community firepit is a great addition. Very peaceful. Highly recommend!!"
