"I recently stayed at this house with friends and family. In total, we were 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 1-15 years old. It is a very big and comfortable house. It is in need of some TLC, the decoration is old but that is shown in the photos and reflected in the price. The heated indoor pool was amazing and saved our holiday as it was raining most days we were there. There were also many inflatables in the pool which was a nice touch. "We really enjoyed our stay, the wood fired hot tub worked surprisingly well and was quite quick, the kitchen was well stocked with pots pans utensils etc. There was a dehumidifier to control the moisture and it really helped dry our swimwear. The adirondack chairs in the morning sun were great for breakfast and the internet was very fast. Bathroom was bit small for two tall people but c'est la vie, the shower was surprisingly great 👍"

"We stayed at Great Higham Barn for a friends hen do. Across the main barn, oast, cherry and plum cottages we had the perfect venue for a hen party of 38. Mandy was very accommodating, relaxed and helpful. The venue itself is stunning, good amount of space in the kitchen, snug area was perfect for ‘downtime’ and the rooms were all good sizes. It would be helpful to know upfront that the futons are included in the no. of people to sleep in the barn. Thanks again"

"This house was clean, tidy, and airy, but the kitchen and bathroom door handles were very stiff and need attention. This house is advertised with parking and pet friendly. However, the ‘parking’ comprised the ability to load and unload under the adjacent car port. We were told by the renter after we had booked that we needed to find parking on side streets or waste land for all other parking. The side streets were full of cars owned by residents and the scrub land was full of rubbish and pot...
