"The location was absolutely perfect - close to the promenade and like a 5 minute drive to the heart of Portland. Nice neighborhood feel. Brought our dog - space was perfect for her - cute little yard in the back. Parking space is perfect as well. Rooms were cozy and clean. Beds super comfortable. Thank you for such a lovely stay!"

"This apartment was really nicely appointed. Fairly easy to find. Parking is a bit tricky. plan on using the pay parking lot next door. Since this is right downtown, everything is within a short walking distance, but Friday night was a bit loud (for us fair-weather sleepers). Communication with the host was great! All in all, I would recommend this place. "

"Great location to walk to the beach or to the pier. The top floor requires many steps so if you have a hard time with mobility this would not work for you. We loved it! So clean and well stocked with dishes, appliances and cookware. The recliners are the bomb! Bed was comfortable as well. Two air conditioners which kept us comfortable. The site is on point with their description and photos."

We loved that it was right on the ocean, which meant amazing sun rises and easy access to walks on the beach. We were there in October, so there wasn’t much going on in Old Orchard beach, but that was okay with us! It was a quiet cozy town when we were there. "We really enjoyed our stay. This little third floor walk up was a perfect place for my husband and I to explore Portland. It is homey and comfortable and spotless. If you have any issues with mobility you should look elsewhere, but that is disclosed in the listing. The last set of stairs are very steep, but we found it charming. I highly recommend this rental.
