"We were in town for Thanksgiving and are so lucky that we found this house! The pictures were fantastic on the app but when we arrived it was just so beautiful in person! The work and thought that has been put into the home has paid off. We hope to come back again, and if we do we are sure hoping Peppers will be there too!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. We stayed for a few days for the Nascar cup series race in Martinsville. We also enjoyed the serenity and the wildlife we seen during our stay! The house has a fully equipped kitchen and the bathrooms even were equipped with badic heeds as well. We meant both John and Rose before we left and they're both a nice and pleasant couple. They also were very responsive whenever we needed someone. Thank you letting us be your guest and we will stay here...

"Was traveling from Arkansas visiting family. Did not like the limit of only 7 to spend the night. Would have liked to have been able to have a couple more at night some of the week"

"The only issue we had was that when we arrived it was extremely hot in the home and the air conditioners (window units) were also on. When we tried to turn the heat down, the thermostat was locked. I went back and forth with the property owner and he finally unlocked the thermostat remotely so we could adjust it. I've never experienced that before. "

"The house is great. We enjoyed playing air hockey in the very nice basement. The backyard is amazing! Very big yard with pool and privacy fence. The lights in the backyard at night are beautiful and a great spot to relax and wind down. We loved it and already booked it again! The host is just great!"

"It is an old house, as stated in the ad. Some rooms had bad smell, especially the BR in the basement. Lots of room for everything. We had minor plumbing and electrical issues. Some of the bedrooms were inter connected, had privacy issues. Disappointed with the pool, as it was not clean despite the efforts from two people who came to clean it. Overall it was good!"
