The owners were very nice and responsive.
On the good side, one of the beds was very comfortable. It was nice to have three bedrooms even though we only used two. Kitchen has lots of space but no coffee maker. Love that they accept dogs! It was a large property but not fenced, as they described. Several good restaurants less than 5 min away. We brought a fire stick for the TV so I can't speak to how it worked with regular cable.
The house itself needs some updates, even though it is considered historic. Several roof leaks, a few visitors (bugs) and a generally musty smell. I owned a 1930 home that was very similar to this one, so I understand what it's like having an old home. A few patches, new shower enslosure, and pressure washing would go a long way for a VRBO.
