"We had a wedding at Brick Ballroom and this was a very good location for our family to be just minutes away. We enjoyed our stay. The dryer did not work but we let management know and I am sure they were looking into it after we left. We would definitely use it again if we were ever needing a place in the area."

"Me and my girlfriend rented this property because we wanted a quiet little place outside of Fayetteville to lay our heads down for the evening and relax after my brothers graduation. It was the perfect distance from both Fayetteville to keep you out of the rat race of the city. The milk barn was peaceful and beautiful. It felt like home and I would definitely stay there again. The milk barn will be my first choice in staying in the Bentonville/Fayetteville area again! We loved our stay!"

"A great friend of our’s daughter got married in Siloam Springs. Booked this home via VRBO and it was exactly as described. Great home in and convenient location. Owners were super nice and quick to respond. Wife love PAC Man machine and guys enjoyed watching football and playing pool. Thank you !"
