Our party consisted of a10-yr-old, two teenagers, and nine adults, ages 19 to 79. The single caveat is that access to the property requires descent on a long stairway. Fortunately, the railing is sturdy, and landings provide resting spots. Mark was the perfect communicator - responsive but not intrusive."
