"Great location and very clean. Kids enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and sitting by the fire. The only downside is, they try to get you to go to a timeshare meeting when you first check in. Other than that, I would highly recommend."

"The only thing I didn’t like was the man who was checking us in was really rude and pushy about us going to the time share presentation. We said we weren’t interested from the beginning and he just kept pushing and pushing. It was really awkward and an unnerving way to start our trip."

"The first room we got checked into had fleas, but we contacted the front desk and they were able to put us into another newly renovated unit which was much nicer, had a better view and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they compensated the issue with the room by waving the resort fees and giving us a gift card. "

Our stay was in early January so the gas fireplace in the unit was a welcomed plus. "The room pictures in ad did not look like the place we stayed in. We had a small one bedroom cottage and we reserved a one bedroom luxury cottage which had a nice living room with fireplace, we did not have that. So disappointed in that."
