"Stayed here a couple of times now, both times were great both in high season and low. Comfy, safe bedrooms, amazing staff. Perfect location. Low season they were doing Reno’s on the bathroom which was annoying but easy enough to use a different floors bathroom"

"Hotel is in an excellent location. Friendly staff from check-in, bar staff, breakfast staff and spa staff. Lovely hotel with pool, sauna and steam room. Spa treatments available too. The bar was very welcoming after a trip to the Christmas market. Great friendly service. Fantastic breakfast. Would stay again."

"Just back from our stay at the W, overall great hotel and location! The room was beautifully styled with a fantastic shower. Only negatives were that we unfortunately had been left a dirty plate in the room and you could hear noise and doors slamming from the corridor. Would recommend for the location alone though."
