"My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"

"Attended 2024 Cooperstown Baseball tournament at the ALLSTAR VILLAGE fields. We were happy to get away from the fields as we wanted both to be 30 mins away from fields but also peace and beauty. This is a great spot for families attending the tournament, about 30 mins away and lots to entertain younger siblings. Host Rena was great with communication and flexible with our baseball schedule and additional guest/pet needs. We would stay here again and would recommend for families attending...

"From doorstep to All Star village it took 20 min. Just enough time to get us to all games and retreat to the comfort of this sweet and cozy cabin. Deer on the lawn, tiny baby frogs nearby and the best part was the friendly cat we named Gary! So sweet. Minimal supplies in the home, but quick trip to dollar general and we stocked up. Def. A great place to be at during a long week of baseball."

"This property is absolutely amazing! Waking up every morning to beautiful nature was priceless! It is very quiet and secluded, nature lovers paradise. The cabin exceeded my expectations by far. It is extremely clean and welcoming. Everything that is there was felt like it was carefully chosen. We had fire at night. Watched movies wrote bed and enjoyed every minute of our stay there.
