"The property is in an amazing location right on the beach with a small supermarket and a cafe within walking distance. The Lion pub about a mile away is excellent. The only negative comment I would make is that the front garden needs a bit of maintenance and finishing off in some areas. Everything else, perfect. "

"I have to say a massive thank you to Emma & Vicky for the use of this beautiful home. I have to say that the place is amazing. It is so well thought out with the layout and the furniture. "We stayed at the Pool House only last week, and had a lovely time. There were 3 reasonably sized double bedrooms all with en-suite which was a real plus. The pool was large and well-used over the week! It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, yet within a 200 yard walk, you were in the town of Petworth. "3 generations of us loved this house. Straight out the gate to the beach, Summer house to watch the game, kids in the hot tub glorious kitchen to prep and socialise and cosy living rooms. To be honest, a week isnt enough to to try out all this house has to offer. So welcoming and well equipped we couldnt ask for more. Just wish it was a secret so we can book in again."

"It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."
