"Logement sympathique pour passer de bonne vacances sur Londres entre amis.Bonne situation géographique ( zone 2/3 métro) ,supermarché, arrêt de bus situé à proximité.Quelques travaux de rénovation serait nécessaire ( surtout la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas, humidité dans le logement), télévision et internet qui ne fonctionne pas, attention, mais pour le prix cela reste raisonnable.Nous reviendrons dans le logement si l’occasion le permet. "

"We stayed at the property for a family event taking place in Greenwich, the location was convenient for us and it was reasonably priced compared with most other options. It was super clean, we found fresh linen and towels.The only confusion with check in was the key box. It is not on the front of the building but to the side. However communication with the host was quick so easily resolved. We thank you for the stay! "

"We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. "Ralph was very nice, quickly responded, took my phone calls when I was trying to get directions to the building from the airport. Ralph came to our room to show us how to turn on heat if needed and reset water heater so we could get hot water for shower. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit but when one person was showering, the 2nd bathroom could not get any hot water to shower even in the face bowl. Was very dusty and loads of spider webs on the balcony as if no one had used the balcony for...

"The location made it easy to catch a train to everywhere we needed to go in London with a very short walk. That was very convenient. The apartment fit our family of four well and had everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable stay. Grocery stores are close by, which we used to buy what we needed for breakfasts to cook at the apartment, saving us some money. Great communication from the hosts as well. "

"Louise is great. Was flexible for check-in, super sweet and welcoming and responsive to any question I had. The flat is super cute and the yard is the best part.The location is great if you want to be outside of the central city but easily accessible. We could get anywhere from the train station 5 minute walk away. The grocery store is less than 5 minute walk and there are great restaurants we went to close by in Blackheath. Very happy with our stay!"

"This is a gorgeous penthouse suite overlooking the Thames in Woolwich. We loved eating at the nearby Dial Arch and The Guard House Pubs. Good food and atmosphere. There are a number of shops within a 5 minute walk (M&S, Tesco, etc). It is also very convenient to the Elizabath Line which is a direct line from Heathrow.
