"Visiting with friends from the USA for the festival. Excellent location - very accessible for everything, with shops and cafes close by and a lovely, well appointed property. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quality bed linens, nice bathroom facilities and a well stocked kitchen. "If you want to explore Edinburgh this is a really great location. While compact, we were comfortable as a family of 5, and the kitchen was very well stocked, with some lovely personal touches. Station and supermarket both an easy walk. Very nice."

"We were wonderfully surprised at the bedroom size and spaciousness of this Edinburgh flat. I think it has been completely renovated recently, and it stunning. Also immaculately clean. It is within a 15 minute walk to most Edinburgh attractions, with a bus stop right outside the door, and a small grocery across the street. "Nice flat just north of old town Stirling. Easy in/out, on site parking. Nice little back yard to sit outside in goid weather. Kitchen is tiny, but is well equipped. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. "

"The hotel was soo lovely..very close to train station but soo quiet in room..very close to St Enoch centre..hotel was also very clean.. bed was soo comfy.. staff were very friendy.. helpful.. and happy.. will definitely be staying there again"

"By far the best area to stay in as it’s close to everything and the facility is amazing on top! As you stand at the front door you have the most up close & amazing view of Edinburgh Castle (which is fully lit up at night). Directly across the street are the most amazing restaurants that truly you don’t need to eat anywhere else. If weather is not the best- U we is quick and reasonable. Facility pool/sauna is a nice add on when doing a lot of walking about and the breakfast add on is big and delicious (you can adjust it depending on your tastes but we did the full breakfast with it all in and it was amazing, including the haggis. You MUST let your tastebuds do the talking in haggis and NOT your mind. It is fabulous!). Staff very courteous and they do provide online options and bag storage. Overall- great spot & great value for the money! "

"Pods were clean and bathrooms were clean. Location is within Edinburgh old town so it’s quite close to many attractions such as St Giles, National Museum of Scotland and 10-15 min walk to many other sites such as Holyrood Palace and Dean Village. "
