Had a problem with someone accidentally checking out my room # which resulted in an attempt to over charge my credit card. But the front desk staff was very helpful and we were able to correct the problem before we left. We will definitely come back to this hotel for our Springfield Ohio stays. "

"We stayed 5 nights while we were visiting our daughter in Marysville, Ohio for Thanksgiving. The room was lovely, so clean & perfectly warm which we could control the heat. The staff also excellent from check in to the maintenance person checking every morning to see if we needed anything like extra towels or removing trash, to the woman we saw everyday when we went in for breakfast, which was perfect, coffee, waffles, bagels, fruit & much more. It was also very reasonable and the veterans discount was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!"
