"This was our second time staying here. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Our only complaint about the room is that during the winter season they are cold. There are no heavy blankets or comforters provided. Only a thin bedspread. Also the breakfast is very sparse. Only waffles, toast, bagels, cold cereal and instant oatmeal. The coffee is really bad as well, very muddy"

"We arrived and were blown away right from the start. It was such a beautiful place. The gate and the bridge to get onto the property made it even more magical. The cabin does have a lot of steps but it was worth every one. We packed light per the recommendations and happy we did. The cabin was covered in snow and ice which made it even more magical to look at and explore. We walked both paths to check out the chairs on the hill and by the waterfall. "Cabin was very nice and clean. Could have used more towels and washcloths. There were 3 of us and only had enough towels for 2 people. We made it work. We went for a short overnight girlfriend trip. Two of three of us developed allergies while we were there. Being up in the mountains isn’t for the weak or faint of heart!! Getting up to the cabin was a challenge. "The cabin was beautiful and met every need. There was plenty of space for the nine who stayed and we wanted for nothing. The accommodations were top tier even down to the bed linens.
