"The property was amazing with all the amenities at our disposal. The camper we stayed in was prestige and very clean. The only thing we didn't anticipate was the on/off switches inside the unit were in a panel of switch choices and were not intuitive and in very small font that was difficult to read. Was in close proximity to our concert event at COTA and was favorable over trying to think about styaing in downtown Austin."

We did not sleep upstairs because of the dust. I am not sure twelve adults could sleep comfortably there. I think 10 at the most. "The location is incredible and everything was immaculate! The interior is beautifully decorated with newer fixtures, nice furniture and a smart layout; totally fitting the Austin aesthetic. It was extremely clean and well equipped with everything you might need for your stay in the city. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very kind when we bumped into them outside. I would love to stay here again 10/10!!"

Be aware of a couple of concerns: 1-OK for 2 people but too small for more. 2-Deadbolt on entry door has been disabled. 3-Tub is extremely slippery-anyone with balance issues should avoid. Previous reviewer stated she fell and was injured. Items 2 & 3 have been noted before by reviewers but not addressed by the owners."

"This place was flat out scary. Drive by shootings and crack houses describe the neighborhood best. We had it rented for four nights during Austin City Limits first weekend. We walked in and walked straight back out. Didn’t even spend 10 minutes there. I wouldn’t have been able to sleep. The place smelled like cigarettes and there were literally 100 cigarette butts exactly 4 feet from the front door. I couldn’t come to any compromise with the property manager on a refund. Buyer beware...
