"The place is in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the little river is beautiful, and easy location to visit west side of the Smokey National park. The house is modest but clean, and the kitchen is surprisingly well stocked. The tvs are good and lastly the outdoor porch and set up is awesome! "

"I recommend this home and host. We stayed for a quick getaway to visit a nearby friend. The beds were super comfortable. The home was clean and easy to find even though we arrived after dark. The view from the porch was peaceful and it provided the relaxing environment we were looking for. The lock box code was wrong and she fixed it in less than 5 minutes and we were in the house! I recommend bring extra towels and washcloths if you stay very long just for convenience. "

"What a great place to escape for a few days or weeks. The house was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and well appointed. Lots of nice little touches. The lake is only steps away. If you don't want to go outside, the screened in porch is great as well. Perfect for two or three people. The only problem I had was not having my check in code written down or screenshot of it as I had not service when arriving. It is noted about wi-fi calling, so that was our fault. No problems...

"Clean, pleasant, and adequate. Easy check-in. Hosts are super kind and respond very quickly. Nice location just south of Knoxville, and it's a central location to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Great Smokies, and Cades Cove. There is a nice Kroger grocery store about 2 miles away. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need, and the refrigerator is clean and very spacious. The only drawbacks would be that there's a bit of traffic noise, the mountain water smells, but after awhile, it is just...

"The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely...

Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right!
