"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"The apartment was very close to all bath attractions. The main upstairs room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The three basement rooms smelled quite musty and the noise from the road outside did bother them. Having 3 bathrooms was a big bonus. "We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter."

We loved the hand hewn exposed wooden beams. The only downside for us was street side loud vocalizations by apparently drunken pedestrians that occasionally kept us awake at night."

I appreciated all the soap, washing up liquid, loo roll, etc. that was there, as well as the welcome milk in the fridge. "Attractively designed, clean and well-equipped rooms located right in the centre of Bath. Good value. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment...
