"It was a pleasant day however, it’s confusing making you think it’s a part of Norwich Inn and spa. Also, they had house rules that they wanted you to do before you left. Cleaning up before you left, which I thought was crazy. I’ve never had to clean up after myself in a hotel room. This was even more expensive I shouldn’t of had to take the trash out!"

"Extremely lovely. Gated community of adorable private houses. I would stay here again and hope to soon. The sounds of the water from the fountain was wonderful, and they had strung lights around the patio which we stayed out until after dark and because they had mosquito repellants I was not bothered with any bites. So thoughtful. The room was so beautifully appointed and especially loved the four poster bed, which was comfortable beyond comfort. "

There wasn't anything that was not thought of by the host, from the mini roulette table, cocktail station with ice balls in the freezer for your drinks, there is two large lazy boys and a big screen TV that even turned towards the beds for nighttime viewing. "We had previously stayed in a different unit in this complex. We were very happy with the other unit and we understood what the set up was like. We were going to Mohegan Sun and the location is very convenient.I was sent notifications that I needed to verify my identity. I needed to submit a license,a photo and either a 15 fee if I chose to have them hold money on my credit card or a 35 fee if not. I never saw anything in the listing about additional fees so I didn’t care for that. I requested...

"Wonderful stay. Very quiet, spacious, comfy bed, nice soft sheets. Surprisingly private. Great location right across from clubhouse, and very close to Inn. Only disappointment was not being able to use the fireplace. Also if more than one night, may need to ask for more towels. Only 3 provided. "

"We came with a group of young adults for their friends funeral. Host was very accommodating when I asked about early check in. Place was beautiful and 15 min walk to beach. Be prepared to drive for any of the top teen fast food places…lol. "

"We have stayed at this exact property before (2 years ago), and we have stayed at the condos at The Spa at Norwich Inn several times over the years, and we like the area and the amenities. This unit is well-configured for a group of 4, but it is starting to look more worn and less well-kept than 2 years ago.
